Bookings

All experiences are private. Availability is confirmed once we agree on date, pickup area, and final quote.

Payments & deposits

After you send a reservation request, we personally review availability and confirm the details. During the day, we send a secure link for the 10% reservation deposit to hold your place. The remaining balance is paid after the tour is finished, unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing.

Weather & safety

We prioritize safety. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or propose alternatives.

Changes & cancellations

We aim to be fair and transparent. Your final confirmation message will include the most relevant terms for your specific tour.
